Totally 7 Piece Cast iron Cookware Set - Red, 7‑piece enamelled cast iron set with three lidded casseroles (20 cm, 22 cm, 24 cm) and a 26 cm frying pan. Durable, high‑heat‑retention cookware suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, and oven use; ideal for slow‑cooking, searing, baking, and everyday family meals.

Product Overview
The Totally 7‑piece cast iron cookware set (model TH184‑RED) is a complete kitchen suite built around enamelled cast iron. It includes three casseroles with lids in 20 cm, 22 cm, and 24 cm sizes, plus a 26 cm frying pan, covering most daily cooking tasks from sauces and rice to stews, roasts, and pan‑fried meals. Cast iron’s natural heat retention and even distribution help maintain steady temperatures for consistent results, while the enamel coating reduces sticking and makes cleaning easier than raw cast iron.

Usage & Care Tips
- Pre‑heat gently on low–medium heat; cast iron retains heat well, so high heat is often unnecessary.
- Use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils to protect the enamel surface.
- Hand wash with mild detergent; dry thoroughly before storing.
- Avoid sudden temperature shocks (e.g., placing a hot pot into cold water) to reduce risk of enamel cracking.
