  • You must own or be a buyer for a Stationery, Cell Phone, or General Dealer Store

Q) How do I qualify as a Corporate Buyer for the products that are sold by ESQUIRE ?



  •  To qualify as a Corporate buyer your company needs to have a fully fledge IT department.
Please note that there is no registration fees when applying to become a Partner or a Corporate Buyer.
 



Q) How do I go about registering as a Partner or a Corporate Buyer ?



  • To register with us is extremely simple - all you need to do is complete our easy Fast Track Registration Form and submit.
  • Once you have submitted the Application Form we will contact you via email to inform you of your account number and trading terms.
  • A sales consultant will also be assigned to your account to handle all your queries and be of assistance to you.



Q) Do I need a VAT Registration Number in order to purchase from Esquire?



  • You do not need to be vat registered to purchase from us , however we recommend that you get vat registered to claim your vat back.



Q) How do I go about ordering products?



  • Ordering products stock from ESQUIRE can be done in different ways:
  • You can phone, fax, or email your sales consultant with your order.
  • You are welcome to visit our premises, and with a sales consultant place your orders.
  • You can order stock online via our Online Ordering System.
  • You can visit our Xpress Stores in Midrand, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town and Durban.



Q) What is my payment structure when I purchase from ESQUIRE?



  • All purchases from ESQUIRE are strictly COD for the first six months of trading. Payment can be made by means of Internet transfers, Cash notes, B/G cheque, and Debit cards.
  • Payment by Internet Transfers can also be done at our premises at the Internet paying stations.
  • For ease of business and easy tracking of payments we have accounts with all Major banks please ask your sales consultant for the bank account details that pertains to you.
Please note: We do not accept any Credit Cards or Personal Cheques as payments at any branches or Xpress Store.

Q) How do I go about applying for a Credit facility?



  • After six months of active trading, you can apply for credit facility by filling in a Credit Application Form which we will then be
    sent to Credit Guarantee Insurance Corporation of Africa Ltd. who then issue us a Credit Cover that will then determine your
    credit payment terms with us.
        Q) How many branches does Esquire currently have?
  •  Esquire currently has branches in Midrand/Samrand, Durban, Cape Town, and Port Elizabeth. All these branches also have our international award winning Xpress Stores.
 
         Q) Can I purchase from any of the branches countywide ?
  • Yes, you are allowed to purchase from any of the ESQUIRE branches countrywide, and on the Online Ordering System with the same account number and same trading terms.
  • You can also purchase any item from any Xpress Stores with the same account number but this on strictly COD basis even if
    you have an credit facilities with us.
  • For security purposes we will issue you with a buying Card to gain entry to the Xpress Stores which can also be used when doing a RMA on any products that is returned for warranty purposes.
 



Q) How soon after I place my order do I get my goods?



  • Depending on stock availability and how busy our dispatch team is, your order should be ready between 15 to 30 minutes.
  • We also offer a delivery service which depends on the value of the order-Please note that a delivery surcharge does apply.
  • For smaller orders you can visit our Xpress Stores, pick your items off the shelves pay and go.



Q) What is the warranty policy for product that I Purchase from ESQUIRE?



  • ESQUIRE warrants that all products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of One (1) year from
    date of invoice unless stated otherwise on our price list. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to the end user customer.
  • Physically damaged items will not be accepted for repair or exchange whether in or out of warranty and will be returned as received.
  • A full version of the warranty policy and our trading terms are available on the weekly price list.
